Missing Data in Athlytic
Athlytic integrates with Apple Health, meaning it pulls data from your Apple Watch or other apps/devices that sync with Apple Health. If data is missing in Athlytic, it’s likely that it is either missing in Apple Health or we do not have access to your data in Apple Health.
If Your Data is in Apple Health but Missing in Athlytic
If you see the data in Apple Health but it is still missing in Athlytic, it may be a permissions issue. Follow these steps to ensure Athlytic has the necessary permissions to access your Apple Health data:
Step 1: Check Apple Health Permissions for Athlytic
- Apple Health > Sharing > Apps > Athlytic > and Toggle On access there.
If permissions were already enabled but data is still missing, try uninstalling and reinstalling Athlytic:
- Delete the Athlytic app from your iPhone.
- Reinstall it from the App Store.
- Open the app and grant all requested Health permissions when prompted.
This will refresh Athlytic’s connection with Apple Health and often resolves missing data issues.
The following will walk you through how to check your raw data in Apple Health (the white app icon with a red heart) to troubleshoot any missing information in Athlytic. If you find that data isn’t appearing in Apple Health, you may need to reach out to Apple support.

Nutrition Data
- Open Apple Health.
- Tap Browse → Nutrition.
- Review your calories and macronutrients (carbs, fat, protein), which Athlytic pulls from Apple Health.
Energy (Active & Resting Calories)
- Open Apple Health.
- Tap Browse → Activity → Active Energy or Resting Energy.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Show All Data to review your energy samples.
- Note: These are the calories used in Athlytic, which differ from your Move Goal calories in Apple Fitness.
If none of these troubleshooting steps resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Athlytic support for further assistance.
