Unable to add Journal Tags
If you are unable to tag in Athlytic or receive the error message “Quota Exceeded”, this issue is likely due to insufficient iCloud storage or iCloud not being enabled for Athlytic.
Why Does Tagging Require iCloud?
Tagging in Athlytic uses your private iCloud database, meaning:
✔️ iCloud must be enabled for your Apple ID.
✔️ You must have enough available iCloud storage for Athlytic to save tags.
If you run out of iCloud storage, Athlytic cannot save tags, and you may see the following error:
“The user doesn’t have enough iCloud storage. Prompt the user to go to iCloud settings to manage their storage.”
