Can I Export Data from Athlytic?

Currently, Athlytic does not support direct data exporting, but since Athlytic pulls all its data from Apple Health, you can export your data using the Apple Health app.

How to Export Apple Health Data

You can export all your Apple Health data, including the metrics used by Athlytic, directly from your iPhone.

Steps to Export Apple Health Data

  1. Open the Apple Health app.
  2. Tap your profile picture (top right).
  3. Select Export All Health Data.
  4. Confirm by tapping Export.
  5. Your data will be saved as a ZIP file containing XML files.
