How to Cancel Your Athlytic Subscription or Request a Refund

Athlytic subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store, which means Apple handles all billing, renewals, and refunds. If you’d like to cancel your subscription or request a refund, follow the steps below.


How to Cancel Your Subscription

To prevent auto-renewal and avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

Option 1: Cancel Through Athlytic

  1. Open Athlytic on your iPhone.
  2. Go to the More tabManage Subscription.
  3. This will take you to your App Store subscription settings.
  4. Find Athlytic and tap Cancel Subscription.

Option 2: Cancel Directly in the App Store

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right).
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Find Athlytic and tap Cancel Subscription.

💡 Canceling prevents future charges, but your subscription will remain active until the current billing period ends.

How to Request a Refund from Apple

If you were charged and believe you are eligible for a refund, you will need to request a refund directly from Apple.

Option 1: Request a Refund Through Purchase History

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your profile iconPurchase History.
  3. Find the charge for Athlytic.
  4. Tap Report a Problem and follow the prompts.

Option 2: Use Apple’s Self-Service Refund Tool

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Select the Athlytic subscription charge.
  4. Click Request a Refund and follow the steps.

💡 Apple reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
