iPhone and Apple Watch

Athlytic is only available for download on the iPhone and is designed to work with your Apple Watch for the most accurate insights. For the best experience, we recommend wearing your Apple Watch consistently throughout the day and while sleeping—only taking it off to charge.

💡 Pro Tip: Charge your watch while showering or during downtime (like watching TV or reading) to keep it powered up without missing key data.


Will Athlytic work with other wearables? 

Athlytic integrates with Apple Health, so any device that syncs data to Apple Health should technically work. However, most third-party wearables do not sync correctly or in real-time, leading to delays and potential gaps in data. Because of this, Athlytic works best with an Apple Watch, which provides the most reliable and up-to-date information.

For the best experience, we strongly recommend using an Apple Watch, as Athlytic was specifically designed to take full advantage of its health-tracking capabilities.
